Meet Garry
Cheyenne-born REALTOR®, known for calm guidance, clear communication, and aerial marketing—whether you’re in-town, at Glendo, or out on acreage.
Cheyenne is home.
Born and raised right here in Cheyenne, I’ve spent my entire life in this community. My wife, Rhonda, and I have two daughters, Cortney (married to Andrew) and Christy, and a grandson, Dylan, who keep us happily busy and remind us why “home” matters so much.
Before real estate, I served in law enforcement and later owned The Box Shop in Cheyenne, where we also sold Haulmark, H&H and other trailers. I attended Laramie County Community College and Eastern Wyoming College, and graduated from the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy in 1985, eventually training new patrol deputies and teaching firearms. Those years taught me to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and always put people’s best interests first.
Outside of real estate, I’m a long-time pilot with commercial and instrument ratings and have been flying since I was fifteen. My wife and I are avid boaters who love spending time at Guernsey Reservoir, and I’m dual-certified in scuba diving through both PADI and SSI. Whether it’s flying, boating, or diving, I love seeing Wyoming from different perspectives—and I bring that same mindset to helping clients with big life moves.
My clients often describe me as calm and patient, with great communication and support from start to finish. They appreciate that I’m available when they need me, that I actually answer my phone, and that I negotiate hard on their behalf while staying honest and straightforward.
I’m proud to be a REALTOR® with #1 Properties and to serve in local industry leadership. I’ve been on the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® for the past five years and am currently serving as President for 2026, in addition to being a member of the Wyoming Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Marketing is another edge. I pair aviation-grade aerial media with targeted digital campaigns to tell each property’s story—executive homes with sweeping views, land and shop-homes that need the right eyes, and in-town listings that deserve more than point-and-shoot photos.
Bottom line: decades of local insight, practical problem-solving, and a trusted network of lenders, inspectors, and contractors—so you get where you want to go with less stress and better results.

I’ve been flying since I was 15 and capturing aerial photos for years. For the right properties, those perspectives matter—showing approach, access, views, and how a home sits on the land.
*When aerials are appropriate and permitted, we’ll discuss the best plan for your property.
